Experienced Office Manager or Senior level Coordinator who has worked within Sales & Lettings for an Estate Agency or Property Company is needed for this rapidly expanding agency in North West London.
My client is looking for an Office Manager or someone who has worked at a senior level to organise and support both the sales and lettings team with enquiries from clients, tenants, vendors and buyers. Provide full support to the Sales and Letting teams, market their properties on line via social media, upload property instructions, dealing with property portals, keeping their database and property lists up to date, logging keys, preparing marketing packs and appraisals, dealing with Solicitors, photos, floor plans, and brochures and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
Someone who is a team player, an excellent organiser, efficient and happy to help with a friendly professional attitude.
