About the role:
As an Estate Manager for our client, you will be responsible for coaching, leading, and managing an efficient premises management service across multiple sites. You will ensure that the school meets all necessary health and safety legislation and high maintenance standards.
To be successful in this role you will need experience in facilities management, great organisational skills coupled with excellent communication and people skills, as well as a solid understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation and practices.

- Line Management Responsibilities
- Management of cleaning operation
Working hours:
This is a full-time post working 45 hours per week, all year round, Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be between approximately 8.00am to 5.30pm. The post holder will also be expected to participate in emergency call out arrangements.
