We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Manager working with an academy trust in Redbridge. They have two large sites in a combined estate covering more than 35 acres support circa of 4000 students.
The role offers an excellent package and is in an easily accessible location. As the Estate Manager you would be responsible for developing and implementing the long-term vision and strategy for managing all aspects of the trust estate. This would include preparing and maintaining plans, budgets, policies and procedures to optimise the condition and sustainability of land and buildings across the estate. As well as leading procurement activities, projects, maintenance programmes.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Trade, Building and Health and Safety qualification- e.g. CIOB, CITB, City & Guilds, NEOBSH
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Tendering and contract negotiations knowledge
- The ability to effectively manage staff across multiple sites and locations.
- Previous experience in an educational institution would be advantageous but not essential.
