Estate Operative

The Role
B&FC are welcoming applications for an Estates Operative to join our team working 37 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st July 2024.
Blackpool and The Fylde College operates from three campuses and seven specialist centres along a twelve mile stretch of the Fylde coastline servicing:

• 61k m 2 of accommodation

• 12,500 students

Our dedicated and hardworking Operative Team are responsible for maintaining the environment for our customers to thrive in. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided for enthusiastic individuals without any experience.
The role will cover a range of shift patterns including but not limited too, 06:30am- 2:00pm, 10:00am- 6:00pm, 1:30pm-9:30pm.
