ESTATE SECRETARY
Duties include
- Invoicing including Sales invoicing for Wedding Venue and Conacre and also Purchase invoicing
- Cash reconciliation and prepare bar float for Weddings
- Setting up Supplier BACs payments
- Processing Visa Receipts and Petty Cash
- Processing weekly payroll online and submitting details to HMRC
- Bank reconciliations monthly
- Preparing month end PAYE and Pension payments and reports and submitting to HMRC
- Submitting VAT returns quarterly
- Preparing information for accountant for year end accounts
- Year-end procedures and issuing P60’s and P45’s
- Preparation of yearly Health and Safety inspection and audits
- Preparation and submitting renewals of Licences to local council including Entertainments and Marriage Licenses
- Updating and scheduling ongoing maintenance and servicing of vehicles and machinery
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Sorting post
- General office administration and record keeping
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
