Location: Hartfield, East Sussex
Salary: £40k- £60k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:
Our client is a well-established business and property management consultancy, offering expert advice to a diverse clientele, encompassing traditional estates, family-operated commercial farms, and property developers.
The Role:
As an Estate Surveyor, you will be managing and maintaining commercial and residential properties across privately owned Estates in the South-East.
Responsibilities:
* Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the property portfolio.
* Lead, manage, and grow a small property team.
* Conduct negotiations for lease agreements, renewals, and extensions with tenants.
* Oversee the rent review process, negotiate rental increases, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
* Foster and sustain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving disputes.
* Conduct property viewings and inspections.
* Create yearly service charge budgets and perform year-end reconciliations.
* Manage the coordination of property sales and oversee the project management of refurbishments within the portfolio.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as an Estate Surveyor or in a similar role.
* MRICS with property management experience.
* Budget / expenditure management and accounting procedures experience.
* Ideally have 3-5 years PQE.
* Skilled negotiator with project management experience.
* Valid driving licence.
