CPL are recruiting for a fantastic Estate Surveyor to come join one of NI’s leading housing groups. This new position offers an excellent salary and benefit package.

The Role:

·        Ensure the Commerial Porfolio asset is professionally managed & ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and meeting the needs of the Housing Executive’s Fire Risk Assessments, taking account of the type of commercial unit.

·        Provide regular management briefings; performance reports and updates to relevant management forums on the Commercial Property functions, including approval papers.

·        Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders e.g local area housing teams, Finance division, Professional Legal Services, health and safety teams and commerical and community tenants

Criteria:

1.      Have a Degree, or equivalent level of qualification, in Estate Management PLUS 2 years’ relevant experience in Commercial Property Management within an Estate Agency (Commercial Section) or the Public Service.

2.      Relevant Experience should demonstrate managing commercial tenancies, demonstrating working with others to deliver business results, including experience working with tenants and prospective tenants.

3.      Exceptionally, candidates not holding the above level of qualifications, but with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Commercial Property Management within an Estate Agency (Commercial Section) or the Public Service, may also be considered.

4.      Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
