Dean Close Foundation are looking to appoint an Estates Administrator to join our Estates team. This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months, working 52 weeks of the year and 40 hours per week.The Estates administrator is the first point of contact for contractors and visitors to the Foundation. This role involves answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with administration for the entire estates department. Other roles and responsibilities are to include: To provide high quality office administration, secretarial support, reception duties and filing and document management for the estates department. Supporting the Operations Bursar and departmental managers. Develop and maintain the foundations approved contractors/suppliers list. Process invoices for members of the estates department and assist them as necessary with the order of materials and equipment.
