Steve Gooch Estate Agents Ltd are a thriving and successful independent estate agent. Established in 1985, we combine residential sales and lettings expertise with a range of other services including auctions, surveying, mortgage advice and conveyancing.
Due to our continued growth and business success, we are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Sales Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic Team in our Coleford Office.
You must have:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Be a proficient typist, well versed in the use of word and outlook, with excellent administration and office skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
- Be a good team player who will be able to think on your feet.
- Be able to manage a busy workload and to prioritise tasks.
- Be a strong communicator that keeps calm under pressure.
- Share our motivation to deliver high quality customer service.
- A positive and flexible attitude.
The successful candidate must have a strong ‘can do’ attitude and be passionate about property and have at least one years experience in a similar role is essential.
