The Sales Support Administrator will:
Develop and maintain a computerised customer database through the CRM system
Provide administrative support to Account Managers and the Business Development team
Respond to and follow up inbound sales leads
Build and strengthen existing client accounts by delivering excellent service both on the telephone and via email
Assist with reporting on sales activity and produce MI reports
Help with the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator with:
Minimum GCSE or equivalent education
Strong IT proficiency, namely Microsoft Office suite
Demonstratable administrative experience in a Sales Support role would be an advantage, but this is not essential
Excellent communication skills at all levels
An organised approach to tasks, with the ability to problem solve using own initiative
Great teamwork skills
This is a full time, permanent role Monday-Friday with working hours of 9am-5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch. Our client is offering a salary in the region of £23-26,000pa plus benefits to include private healthcare and a bonus scheme.
A 'techy' company, our client deals predominantly with cyber security and it is important that the successful Sales Support Administrator has at least an interest in, and ability to maintain industry knowledge of the IT and cyber world.
