Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading Racking & Storage manufacturer and provider, looking to recruit a Technical Sales Support member of staff to oversee enquiries and orders whilst offering support to customers. With a competitive package and a number of other great benefits, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer focused individual with related industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with quotations for distributors and trade customers
- Providing technical support to customers
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with suppliers as and when necessary
- Keeping on top of all documentation in relation to maintenance, manufacturing and operations
- Occasionally travelling to customer sites as and when required
Requirements
The company has a strong preference for an individual who has worked in a customer focused role in the past within the Warehouse Racking industry however this is not essential. They would also consider professionals from closely related industries including shopfitting, partitioning, fabrication or something similar within construction. The position may also suit an industry experienced individual with the desire to work a more local role. Another option could be a recent graduate that can demonstrate good technical knowledge along with a level of confidence to deal with customers. In terms of location, the role is hybrid and the office is in Swindon there for you must live within commutable distance.
