Job Title Responsibilities for the successful Sales Administrator
- Processing of customer quotes or orders
- Managing and coordinating the activities of the sales team
- Communicate customer feedback throughout the team
- Ensuring that the inventory records are accurate at all times
- Reviewing sales and purchasing reports
- Actively participate in meetings and accurately record and store meeting notes
Job Title Requirements for the successful Sales Administrator
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced sales/purchasing environment
- Strong IT skills particularly with MS Excel and a working knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial
- Good command of the English Language from both a verbal and written stand point
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and overcome issues that may present
