This is your chance to make a positive impact on the learning environment and support the school's mission.Key Responsibilities:Conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure the school premises are safe and well-maintained.Assisting with minor repairs and upkeep of facilities.Monitoring and managing cleaning services to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.Supporting the Health and Safety Officer in ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Collaborating with staff to address any estates-related concerns and providing timely solutions.Managing inventory of supplies and equipment related to maintenance and janitorial services.Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good communication skills to interact with staff, students, and external contractors.Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.Join us in creating a positive and conducive learning environment at Ysgol Afon Wen.
