Estates Caretaker

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Social Housing provider in Devon within the Estate Services team, offering a supportive environment and development opportunities.
The position as an Estates Caretaker is on a full time, permanent basis and aims to ensure communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
Further responsibilities would include:

• To carry out standard caretaking duties on shared areas, using the relevant machinery
• To clean communal areas, and empty litter bins
• Maintenance of flower beds and weed removal where necessary
• Litter pick areas to ensure cleanliness

The ideal person would have previous experience cleaning in an office or communal area environment, and be able to work within a team and independently.
