Estates Manager

We are in need of an interim solution for someone who can support our commercial assets team with estate management matters within the council. We will need someone initially for 3 days a week for a 4 month period with the option to extend beyond this if required.
Please see below for expectations in terms of skills set:
Essential:

• RICS
• Experience of Estate management including;
  • Lease negotiation and tenancy management,
  • Service charge reviews,
  • Rent reviews,
  • Property reviews and disposals.
  • Marketing of vacant units

Desirable:

• Experience of delivery and working in local authority setting
• Experience working across departments in local authorities.
• Ability to be present on site as and when to meet business need
