Estates Officer

Estates Officer required to work with our public sector client, based at Knockbracken Healthcare park. This is a full time temporarypost for a minimum of 3 months, the successful candidate will start immediately and be working 8:45am - 5pm, Monday toThursday and 9am - 4pm on a Friday, with a pay rate of £17.24 per hour.

The main duties of this role will include, helping the facilities manager handle contracts and contractors, maintain and updaterecords, filing reports, actively helping with small projects, such as fixing things and carrying out regular maintenance, conductinginspections, and diagnosing faultsWhat

We Need From You:

• 5 years experience within the construction industry
• HNC in a relevant subject
