Estates Project Manager

ESTATES PROJECT MANAGER - OUTSIDE IR35 - 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT

Loriens leading Public Sector client is looking for a Estates Project Manager to join there team on an initial 12 month contract with possibility 12 month extension over that.

Key responsibilities are set out below:

• Project Management of key projects across the property estate as specified by the Senior management team.
• Creating and maintaining value for money in delivery in accordance with standards of practice and policy.
• Developing business cases for property investment and monitoring approved expenditure.
• Initiation, management and control of projects to completion in accordance with scope and in line with identified cost, quality and time parameters.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract and corporate governance arrangements.
• Assisting colleagues as required in Project Management for delivery of projects.
• Managing professional services and consultants and liaising on technical property matters as required in delivery of projects.
