As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as an Estimator/Business Development Professional.Position Overview:As an Estimator/Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by combining your estimating skills with Business Development expertise. This is an office-based role where you will be responsible for analysing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and actively contributing to the Business Development strategy.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.* Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.* Utilise your Business Development skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.* Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing their capabilities and competitive advantages.* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to contribute to strategic decision-making.Requirements:* Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.* Demonstrated success in Business Development and client relationship management.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.* Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.* A proactive and results-oriented mindset.* Degree in Construction Management is preferred but not essential.Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and will be in the range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
