Job Description:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional site visits, ensuring that they maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Procuring materials and sub-contractors.
- Analysing and evaluating financial data.
- Collaborating with project teams to monitor costs and variations.
- Preparing and submitting final accounts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction, fire doors, and facilities management.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
