SalaryETL Developer - Remote
We are looking for an ETL Developer to join an expanding team at an award winning fintech company based in the Lake District. They are looking for an enthusiastic developer who will work within Business Intelligence, Data Management and Software Development teams in order to support their ongoing product development, you'll also be working on a brand-new platform as part of their revolutionary plans to create a SaaS product for their FinTech clients.
This role has a focus on data, data storage architecture, extraction, formatting and displaying data to end users and is responsible for managing the full ETL process.
The position supports flexible and remote working, travelling to the offices twice a month to their offices in the Lake District, with expenses reimbursed. This is an excellent time to join the company as they have lots of plans for growth going forward and are working on some interesting new projects.
Experience:
- Experience as an ETL developer or other data focussed development
- Transferring data between transactional and warehouse solutions
- Consulting with data management teams, stakeholders, developers and architects
- Data modelling
- Presenting visualisation dashboards
- Creating and maintaining data pipelines
- Knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Python and Go
- Knowledge of data definition structures such as JSON and XML
- Experience of Kafka and data visualisation
