Internal International Sales Executive

ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The Internal International Sales Executive works collaboratively with the Internal International Sales Manager, the Internal International Sales Team and the External Regional Sales Managers to develop and increase sales revenue streams through Excel International Partners. This is in addition to servicing our customers’ day to day requirements, demonstrating the highest levels of quality, service and integrity to achieve set financial revenue targets.
- Contacts existing and prospective customers to generate and increase both new and additional revenue across the full Excel product portfolio
- Identifies all opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling and records all such quotes and enquiries into DC1 and Microsoft Dynamics within 24 hours of receipt
- Quotes for and loads orders within same working day once all required information is available
- Ensures that agreed customers are informed of outstanding shipments and expected product availability dates
- Delivers the highest level of customer service to all potential and existing international customers during their entire contract with Mayflex
- To understand and comply with all company policies, processes and procedures that are currently in operation and adopt any new working practices which aid business efficiency.
- Attends Sales Meetings and training sessions as requested and identifies personal training needs with Line Manager
- Quotes for projects opportunities in line with company pricing and margin guidelines, and/or guidance from the EU and regional sales managers.
- Ensures that customer records are up to date in Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborates effectively and positively with other departments within the business

Success in this job relies on:
- Total customer focus and highly developed teamwork and communication skills.
- The ability to plan effectively, prioritise time and workload, collaborates effectively and positively with other departments within the business
- Identify improvements in working practices
- An awareness of the industry, Mayflex and competitor Infrastructure products are also important for effective performance.
- Fluency in French
