About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded European Sales Team Leader for Nature Careers. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and promote innovative solutions within the science, research, and academia sectors.
As the European Sales Team Leader for Nature Careers in our Talent Solutions business, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring your Sales Team. You will be instrumental in advancing revenue growth, ensuring exceptional client service, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives within the European Nature Careers team Manage a defined sales territory and identify and pursue new business opportunities within the science, research, and academia sectors. Develop a deep understanding of the Nature Careers platform, its offerings, and the unique needs of clients to effectively tailor solutions that align with their recruitment goals. Help develop a comprehensive sales strategy, establishing clear goals and KPIs
- Foster long-term client relationships through proactive account management and customer service, drive repeat business, upselling, and aligning product enhancements with client needs.
- Regularly analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive reports and insights to senior management, offering recommendations for refining sales strategies and enhancing client satisfaction.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience in advertising sales is needed, recruitment sales would be a bonus Experience leading and motivating a team, providing guidance and setting clear performance expectations A passion for driving success in the science, research, and academia sectors German language would be ideal, but is not essential
