Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. The Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a Sales Team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Duties:
- Lead and motivate the Sales Team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to Sales Team members
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
Experience:
- Experience in a sales leadership role is preferred, but not rquired
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a Sales Team
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset

Pay: From £24,536.00 per year
