We are working with a global agency who are renowned for delivering high end evaluation and research within the health and Social Care arena. This team has grown over the last few years and consists of a vibrant and entrepreneurial team of researchers, evaluators, economists and policy experts. It is a highly commercial and entrepreneurial environment where you will be given the platform and support to grow this area surrounded by a supportive and knowledgeable team.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for an Evaluation Director to help grow and generate new business within this team. You will be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the team and the technical direction of the team's work. You will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating large-scale policy and programme evaluations along with health economics and strategy projects.
You will be involved in business development directing and winning proposals and pursuing other avenues for further growth outside of the normal area including new markets and potentially working with the European Commission.
It is a unique opportunity and you will be fully immersed in a team that is involved in public policy relating to public institutions and providing these organisations with insight based on large scale evaluations on how to strengthen their delivery and programmes.
About You:
You will be an evaluation expert operating at director level, you will be a proven business winner in the area of health and Social Care. You will have experience driving new business and developing ideas relating to policy and healthcare. You can come from a consulting background or an agency setting. You will be well versed at leading on large bids for policy and programme evaluations. You will have the experience and intellectual curiosity to grow this area with a collaborative team. You will also be experienced at developing and helping build on other team members' skill-set within the area of evaluation.
Salary & Benefits:
£70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill-set plus an award winning set of benefits and the oppoertunity to be involved in an environment which is highly commercial and entrepreneurial!
This role offers hybrid working from a London office 3 days a week and the rest from home
