Research Director / Associate Director

London – Hybrid

To £70,000 + bonus & benefits

The role is for an ambitious Research Director (or AD/SRM) to join a growing research team.

Reporting to the Senior Research Director, you’ll lead a team in managing multiple client projects, using multivariate research approaches to help answer critical business needs and questions.

Prospective candidates need to be well-rounded individuals that work well within a friendly team culture and have strong analytical and communications skills. We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• A university degree in a research relatable field.
• You are likely to be currently working at AD / RD level in an insights role (though experienced Senior Research Managers will be considered if the right fit, smart and capable).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a market research agency.
• Strong practical Quantitative Research experience including designing and managing research studies from proposal to presentation – qualitative experience is desirable.
• Used to working in an agile environment, managing up and down as necessary to keep projects on track
• Experience of working with multivariate analysis projects
• Experience with data processing software such as Q, Askia or SPSS is expected
