SalaryX1 Sales and Lettings are currently seeking a part time Evening and Weekend member of staff for 21.5 hours per week in our Manchester Media City Branch. You will be representing X1 Lettings after the hours of 5:00pm and during the weekend, therefore the role of Evening and Weekend staff is crucial to our business, you will need to be confident and able to work well with minimal supervision. Experience in lettings and a passion for property is desired. Your principle responsibilities will include; responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email, booking and conducting on site property viewings, general day to day queries and ensuring customer service is provided to the highest level. In return you will be joining a vibrant team within a rapidly growing company. A full UK driving license is essential.

Wednesday – 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Thursday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday 4.30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm
