Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements:
- Valid certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience or background in nursing or healthcare is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
- Willingness to work in various settings, such as nursing homes or private residences.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
