General Manager (Domiciliary Care)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations of the home care agency
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of caregivers and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and work towards CQC registration
Drive excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction
Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the home care sector
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Ability to drive positive change and foster a collaborative team environment
Passion for delivering high-quality home care services

✅ *Competitive Salary*: Starting at £42,000 per annum, with a guaranteed 5% salary increase each year, rewarding your ongoing contribution and dedication to our company's success.
✅ Sweat Equity*: An opportunity to earn up to 5% equity in Visiting Angels South Manchester, distributed over 3 years. This is contingent upon achieving key milestones, specifically:

- Reaching the break-even point

- Return on investment

- Achieving an "Outstanding" rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Each milestone will grant 1.66% equity, provided all three targets are met, aligning your success with the company's growth.
