SalaryEvening Customer Service AdvisorOur client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Customer Service professional, who is available and happy to work part-time evenings.
The working hours are:
- Saturdays and Sundays - 4.30pm - 11pm.
The role is based in Leatherhead, and you will need to live locally or be a car driver.
The position is based in the office, so you need to be happy to work on your own and of course enjoy Customer Services.
The Role:
- Answering incoming calls from customers, providing support with their queries
- Assisting with scheduling engineers, if an out of hours appointment is required
The Individual:
- A friendly and confident communicator
- Happy to work on the telephones
- Working to targets
- Self-motivated
