SalaryClient Services Executive
The Client Services Executivewill support the assigned Account Management team and a portfolio of clients. This role will be responsible for supporting this team throughout the event sales process from project inception through to event delivery.
Tasks
- Liaise with a client’s stakeholder to discuss new projects and prepare initial follow ups including proposals and initial budget guidance.
- Supporting Senior Account Lead / Account Lead in the development & implementation of client retention strategy.
- Support with the Marketing Strategy ranging from client case studies to social media campaigns.
- Supporting the preparation and timely delivery of stakeholder proposals
- Supporting the team on client business reviews through collation of feedback and additional Account data that will support the reviews.
- Work collaboratively with Peers and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required.
Package
- Based in Leatherhead
- £25,000 - £28,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
