Event Executive

This boutique agency has built up a fantastic reputation in the industry through the delivery of high quality events across both the UK and internationally. Focusing predominantly on sectors including pharmaceutical and technology, events range from product launches, international incentives and symposiums through to award ceremonies, advisory boards and everything in between!

Having invested heavily across the team they have in house expertise across creative, production and event management which they utilise to create and deliver each event from the initial idea through to on site management. They are a close-knit team where every opinion is valued and every team member is empowered and developed to their potential. The Role

Due to continued wins and a busy events calendar there is now the need to bring on an Event Executive, to work with the wider events team and gain exposure to large scale events. Working within their passionate and dedicated events team this will be a broad role with responsibilities including:

•          Supporting Project Managers across the board on a range of events

•          Venue Sourcing

•          Supporting with proposal writing

•          Delegate registration (including the use of CRM systems)

•          Managing delegate queries and preparing delegate packs

•          Logistics support including booking travel and accommodation

•          On-site delivery of events

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting events across all elements.

Ideally you will have some experience of delegate registration, ideally gained from working for an event agency, although other backgrounds will be considered.  Experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Importantly this agency is looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to join a leading agency and develop a career within the events sector where full training and support will be provided to ensure you quickly become an invaluable member of the events team
