Job Description
Requirements: To be considered for the Events Manager role you must:
- Have 3-5 years of experience running Awards/Conferences/Forums from End-to-End.
- Attend and oversee awards and conferences globally; manage all event logistics, manage, and assist speakers, contribute to the running of the conference agenda, and liaise with external suppliers.
- Manage 2 x event coordinators and 1 x event assistant
- Ensure that all the administrative tasks are actioned to time and budget for each event.
- Work closely with the events sales and marketing teams to improve existing agendas and to identify further opportunities and areas of growth.
- Liaise with the research team, deliver an engaging conference agenda, and ensure events offer compelling content to senior decision-makers
- Be responsible for managing, training, and developing your direct reports and to ensure their workload is managed effectively.
- Have experience of budget planning across multiple events.
- Maintain the company's Global events calendar.

The Package for Events Manager:
- Basic: £35,000-£42,000
- Bonus / OTE: Based on Personal Targets across the year. Earnt annually in August!

Location: The position of Events Manager will be based in a state-of-the-art office in the heart of London on Fleet Street, easily accessible to anyone living within the City of London or commuting into the city. Our clients offer 2/3 days a week in the office (Wednesday and Thursday essential) and 2/3 days working from home- They are very flexible!
