Event Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receptionist to join our Event team at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival (May 24th - 27th 2024). Our stands will be giving Astrology & Psychic Readings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking bookings and payments and providing exceptional customer service. They will need to be hardworking, energetic, friendly and well turned out.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in choosing their preferred Reader

- Answer customer questions (information & training provided)

- Complete booking forms with customer details and take payments

- Help to maintain a tidy event space

Experience & Skills

- Proven experience in a customer facing role

- Ability to work calmly in a very busy environment

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Fluent English

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 days

Pay: £100.00 per day

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
