Training / Events Administrator
Location: Stonehouse - Must have own car and licence for this role
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) - The company operates flexible-working hours
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum
Key responsibilities:
Setting up new courses and events on the system, diarising events and writing instructions.
Liaising with customers - sending out emails with course details, checking for any special requirements etc.
Reporting any learning support issues.
Identifying course materials for posting.
Liaising with trainers ensuring that they have all the information required to deliver the course
Printing and preparing course materials and delegate packs.
Setting up Zoom trainings – scheduling, creating surveys, sending diary reminders, welcoming the delegates on to the course and ensuring that the course is recorded.
Answering the training phone line and email enquiries.
Processing course bookings and invoicing where appropriate.
Scanning and saving paperwork, such as assessment papers.
Visiting potential venues and in-person course days.
Liaising with Marketing for graphics and branch bulletins.
Liaising with branches, keeping them up to date with bookings. Facilitating any additional support.
Developing the branch activity and support.
Keeping the calendar of branch events up to date – reporting any potential clashes.
Assist with event bookings when required.
Assist with general event support on run up to an event.
Represent the company at public facing and member events.
Key Skills:
Insight into training or a learning environment is desirable, but not essential.
Highly computer literate, conversant with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and an understanding of CRM systems.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Be efficient and well organised with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in an administrative role.
