Our well-established client based in Sutton Coldfield are currently recruiting for a Events Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is hybrid working.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
- Organise and arange travel and accommodation.
- Managing the events shared email inbox - answering any enquires.
- Working and liasing with other internal departments.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent administration skills.
- Have good IT skills to manage databases.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Be an excellent communicator.
- Always maintain professionalism.
- Have strong attention to detial.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, working 35 hours per week.
