Events and Marketing Assistant
Charterhouse seeks to appoint a Temporary, Full Time, Events and Marketing Assistant.
This is a temporary three-month appointment commencing at an agreed date, ideally early May.
Reporting to the Events Manager the purpose of the role is to assist in the daily operation of the events and lettings programme at Charterhouse ensuring a safe, efficient and customer orientated service is provided to all visitors.
The role is full-time based on 37.5 hours per week working on a rota determined by the needs of the business.
Typical working hours through May and June will be 7.5 hours per day between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. From 1st July working hours will be on an agreed rota and will include a combination of early and late shifts and weekend working and between the hours of 6:00am to 11:00pm.
