My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technician to step into the role of an Assistant Production Manager , where your technical expertise will be the driving force behind the execution of Live Events.

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Production Managerrole:

• Collaborating with the sales, account management, operations, and technical/warehouse teams to ensure all events are executed efficiently.
• Ensuring all technical issues are resolved and identifying risks.
• Engaging with clients onsite to build strong working relationships.
• Implementing process improvements when possible.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge needed for the Assistant Production Manager role:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an AV Technician.
• Proven working experience within the Live Events industry.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting, sound, and video.
• Strong organisational/planning skills.
• Project management skills.
• Experience providing technical services to virtual events (desirable)
