SalaryA1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an Assistant Production Managerfor a perm role on behalf of our client based in Croydon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Line Leaders and oversee the production lines on a daily basis to ensure efficiencies
- Training new members of staff
- Stock control
- Quality checking
- Reporting to the Quality Manager any quality issues
- Carry out weekly meetings
- Training and motivating new members of staff
- Supervise the night shift staff
- Reporting to the Production Manager and assist with other tasks required by the business
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to details
- At least 2 years' experience in a food production / manufacturing industry
- Supervisory experience
- Good communication and numerical skills
- Full Clean Driving License
- Ability to work night shift
Hours:
- Sunday- Monday: 11pm-8am
- Tuesday- Thursday : 11am-7am
