Wild Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our client as an Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering presentations to a high standard, designing, organising, promoting, and executing events across the UK. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver presentations to a high standard at various events and engagements.
- Design, organise, promote, and execute events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Prepare, execute, and measure project plans to ensure the successful implementation of events.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and event attendees.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in all aspects of event coordination.
- Ability to travel very regularly within the UK, with some overnight stays required.
- Flexibility to adapt to the level of event activity and meet changing demands.
- Full clean driving license is essential for travel requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in event coordination, including delivering presentations and organising promotional events.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
- Experience of project planning
