As a Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Handling all enquiries for conferences and functions within our clients Food & Beverage outlets.
• Working closely with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and met, while also maximising revenue and profits for the company.
• Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
• You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent and effective communication with our operational teams on a daily basis.
• Attending daily and weekly business meetings to coordinate the smooth operation of all departments.
