Our client, a well-recognised national membership body, based in the heart of London is currently recruiting for an Events Delivery Manager to work within their commercial team.
The National Body is funded by a mixture of membership subscriptions and income generated by the Commercial Team.
The commercial team works closely with a wide range of commercial partners. These include major Banks, providers of services to the UK SME community, major technology firms, and a range of other FTSE 100 firms.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially astute individual to work with, account manage and retain our long term and new strategic partners and to lead on the delivery of our commercial initiatives.
Person Specification
- Have 5+ years' of managing and retaining high value commercial accounts
- Have 5+ years' experience running large scale events in person, virtually and utilising a hybrid model
- Are an experienced and effective complex stakeholder manager
- Can identify new commercial opportunities through your strong relationships with partners
- Effectively manage the competing needs of a variety of partners
- Anticipate problems and solve them quickly
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are an excellent copywriter
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Can juggle multiple account management projects at one time
- Effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Like working in a dynamic team
- Have good working proficiency with MS Office applications
