Description
- Meeting administration including co-ordinating availability, taking actions and circulating outputs.
- Manage event invites and RSVPs using a dedicated mailbox.
- Managing venues.
- Desk based online research & presentation of findings.
- Hospitality booking and amendments.
- Administration of regulatory paperwork (H&S, site safety, risk assessments etc.) paperwork to relevant organisations (eg conference and exhibition organisers).
- Updating & maintaining project files and records.
- Liaising with other members of the project team & external partners where necessary outside of formal meeting schedule.
- Liaising with vendors where necessary.
- Maintaining checklists and ensuring project team members are on track to deliver on their responsibilities.
- Assist with hosting at events.

Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £40,000-£45,000
- 6 month FTC - ASAP start
- Annual discretionary performance related bonus scheme
