Working closely with BT’s strategic Facilities and catering partners to continue to make BT a brilliant place to work.
Ensure that the events service provided is a clear benchmark of excellence and provides the best Customer Experience possible through the development of optimised interpersonal and digital relationships.
You will ensure legislative requirements are met, aligning with key stakeholders within the BT Group including Procurement, Operations, QHSE, Projects, Technical, Commercial and Finance.
You will develop and monitor appropriate measures that demonstrate the performance and effectiveness of the service provided on a timely basis.
What you’ll be doing
  • Developing the BT workplace Catering, Hospitality & Events strategy which defines the wide range of services provided in BT buildings.
  • knowledge of commercial and operational drivers that sit behind each service line and how they are influenced/enhanced through the life of an outsourced contract.
  • Responsible for the complicated and demanding cross CFU/CU relationship/stakeholder model required to measures ongoing level of satisfaction and pre-empt pressure points.
  • You will demonstrate experience in covering communications, financial and business control, performance reporting, customer service with a focus and strong beliefs supporting ‘Wellbeing’.
  • showcase the best of what the P&FS Workplace team can do for BT’s future workplace as part of the Catering, Hospitality & Events offering
  • Influence and nurture best in class FM services where identified

The skills & experience you'll need
  • Catering, events and hospitality experience ideally in an outsourced model.
  • Working with large datasets and spreadsheets including the development & creation of new tools to steward and monitor performance information.
  • Cost analysis & spend control techniques.
  • Experience of Customer Satisfaction and NPS methodologies, analysis and action planning.
  • Identification of new ways of working and improvement initiatives to ensure workflow processes remain efficient and effective
  • Understanding of outsourced FM service delivery.
  • Stakeholder engagement - able to engage, influence and communicate credibly and effectively with stakeholders of all levels to fully understand and meet their needs.
  • Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
• Contract and supplier management - able to effectively drive strategic partners to deliver on our strategy in an ethical, service orientated and cost efficient way.
• Improvement focus: You question and challenge the way things are done and work with others to make improvements. You build your understanding of the end to end processes to which your own role and the wider team contributes
• Give specialised advice: You offer advice and recommendations based on your expertise both proactively and on request.
