Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager to join our Rapport for a large multinational client in the heart of the City. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the Client Services operations in London and the regional offices.

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for leading teams across 7 locations in the UK & Ireland. 

As Guest Service Manager, you will be working a 40 hour-week Monday - Friday (Flexible within the business needs). 

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, guests, decision-makers, understanding their drivers and the nature of their business
  • Managing and inspiring a large team of Guest Services agents across a geographical range of client buildings
  • Managing all aspects of the operation including staffing structure, overseeing team rotas, HSE requirements, adherence to agreed budgets, generating client/guest innovations, operational HR management and ER support
  • Analysing and managing effectively all in unit costs

The ideal candidate will

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, including client, team and peers
  • Possess extensive knowledge of all HR procedures and protocol
  • Be a proven leader who is enthusiastic about continuous development of the team and the self
  • Possess a strong financial acumen and communication skills
  • Have a vibrant personality who can act with integrity, highly organised, with a can-do attitude and passion for delivering high standard service
  • Have great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively influence business decisions
  • Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to be proactive and act with intuition.
