Job Introduction

We are recruiting Community Managers to join our fantastic Rapport team, based on Regent Street and St James. Our client is a global leading property management company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after Community Hubs occupied Customer floors and vacant space in specified buildings. The Community Manager is the primary point of contact for all customers situated on their allocated floors/building(s), and an important link to our client, visitors, and key stakeholders. They must exude a “brand ambassador” ethos. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, ever-growing team.

This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hours per week. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered from Monday to Friday, and yet be flexible in the hours of work required, should out of hours service be requested.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Being instrumental in creating a collaborative community environment and act as main point of contact for all customers and support services 
  • Ensuring the correct H&S procedures are followed and documented. This is to include but not limited to H&S checks, fire awareness procedure, emergency contacts, incidents/accidents/near missed procedures.
  • Supporting new customer viewings of floor space, through demonstrating expertise and pride in the brand and your working environment.
  • Participating and/or assist with organising wider community engagements/events/projects.
  • Managing any complaints or concerns and liaise with relevant departments in a timely, efficient manner, escalating to management accordingly and ensuring it has been documented appropriately and as per agreed process where applicable

The ideal candidate will:

  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Be proactive, organised, flexible, with great attention to detail, strong time management skills and ambition to learn and grow
  • Be calm and decisive under pressure, while also being confident and have discretion and diplomacy
  • Be confident in dealing with complaints and/or issue resolution
  • Have experience in staff training/coaching, great leadership skills and strong team engagement
  • Ideally have corporate background and 5* customer service experience
