What you will be doing:

- Strive to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
- To appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles
- Proactive use of the database for customer follow-ups to maximise sales
- Accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales. Chase up the progress on sold orders
- Enthusiastic Interest towards ongoing training and development, ensuring all relevant technical, product, legal and promotional information is obtained and understood
What we need from you:
A full motorcycle licence is essential- Previous experience working within the industry is preferred
- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone
- The ability to listen, understand and interpret our customers’ needs
- Be self-driven, motivated and determined. Excellent timekeeping and punctuality are a must
- Proficient IT including MS Office
