What you will be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day sales management of all three Honda Motorcycle sites across London and Hertfordshire.
- Establish best practices and enforce compliance with industry regulations
- Control new and used stock levels for each site
- Prepare annual budgets, submit forecasts, establish sales objectives for each site, by creating a sales plan, communicating this to the sales teams
- Lead from the front, selling bikes, and second-face customers for your team, to ensure all opportunities are maximised, for the brand and each dealership
- Expand the customer base and achieve and maintain customer satisfaction levels
- Work alongside departments, such as Marketing, Service and Parts to maximise our digital exposure, and sales of accessories and service plans
- Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends and implement change when necessary
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales executive looking for that next step in your career
- A full motorcycle licence is essential (travel to each site is required)
- Able to lead the sales teams from the front, by example, be motivated and driven to exceed our sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a great communicator through all forms of communication
- Committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
