We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting a Mobile Receptionist/Concierge to work as part of our Rapport team at our client’s offices in the heart of Dublin. The client is Ireland’s leading commercial property investment company and the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin. You will have a lot of opportunities to learn, as you will be working across numerous sites within the portfolio.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). The core service hours are between 8 AM and 5:30 PM. We don’t work on Bank Holidays, so you can enjoy your work-life balance!
Main responsibilities
- Managing the ground floor reception and lobby hosting throughout all the offices within this client portfolio
- Overseeing all activities inside the building
- Maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment
The ideal candidate will
