At Rathborne NH we place our Residents at the heart of every decision we make. Receptionist role is vital to the success of our organization as this person will interact with residents and their families. We are looking for a genuine friendly and organised person and available to work weekends as follows:
Days of work - Saturday, Sunday plus Bank Holidays
The Receptionist's main responsibility is to meet and greet visitors upon arrival and answer incoming telephone calls. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability and familiarity with Word and Outlook are required. You must be reliable, punctual, organised and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a very busy environment. make sure the filing systems are up to date and monitor everything to make sure things are running smoothly. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability and familiarity with Word and Outlook are required. You will be responsible for overall office activities, including the reception area and mail. The following is a general overview of the duties; however, it is not an exhaustive list.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the management team to ensure an effective administrative service is provided to the Home.
Assisting with finance and HR tasks as required
Support residents, staff and management
This position reports to the DON/ADON/PIC
