Ideal Requirements for a Commercial Manager
- Proven track record of success within Pharmacy, Wholesale and/or Optometry is preferred.
- Communication and people skills, comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels within and outside the business both written and verbal.
- Good at taking charge and staying organised, especially in sales and managing relationships.
- Experience in account management is essential.
- Client driven with high attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities for a Commercial Manager
- Develop, build and maintain relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Manage large accounts profitability for the company and within budget.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rating according to company standards.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute new product launches.
